INFOART Consulting takes the highest possible security measures to ensure the lawful collection, storage, and sharing of your personal data and to protect your privacy.
Our aim, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and in line with your satisfaction, is to inform you most transparently about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal grounds, and your rights.
a) Data Controller
Upon downloading this Application to your mobile device, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data is collected and processed by INFOART Consulting (the "COMPANY") as the data controller, within the scope described below.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
The COMPANY collects personal data from its customers, employees, potential customers, job candidates, official institution representatives, business partners, and suppliers. From those who download the application, identification data (name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, height and weight, body measurement data, training data, photo), the mobile device's operating system version, MAC address, date/time stamp, and membership password are collected.
Your collected personal data is processed for purposes such as providing products and services, fulfilling obligations, complying with storage and reporting obligations required by law, sales and marketing activities, measuring and improving customer satisfaction, complaint management, communication, analysis, audit, risk management, and determining the COMPANY's commercial strategies.
c) To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the fulfillment of the processing purposes, to the COMPANY's business partners, shareholders, and affiliates; to persons or organizations permitted by the relevant legislation; to legally authorized public institutions and administrative and judicial authorities; and to natural and legal persons from whom services are received or with whom cooperation is carried out.
ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through fully or partially automated means as well as non-automated methods that are part of a data recording system, via our website and mobile application, call centers, and social media accounts, in verbal, written, or electronic environments. Data collection is based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law (such as being expressly provided by law, legal obligation, performance of a contract, legitimate interest, establishment of a right, or explicit consent).
d) Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As a personal data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether personal data is processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
- To request deletion or destruction of the data,
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis solely by automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of the data.
Application Method
Pursuant to Article 13 of Law No. 6698, you may submit requests regarding your rights in Turkish and in writing; using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you previously notified to the COMPANY and that is registered in our system. The COMPANY will conclude your request within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
