Health and Fitness: Important Notice

This Worfact Health and Fitness application and website (together, "Health and Fitness") aims to improve general health and wellness and to raise user awareness on these topics. This information does not constitute a medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. ALWAYS consult YOUR DOCTOR on all medical matters such as diagnosis, treatment, and advice. In a health emergency, contact the emergency department of the nearest hospital.

Accordingly; (a) if you have a health problem, (b) before starting any exercise or diet program, and (c) regarding medication use, ALWAYS consult your doctor.

Measurements

Measurements are a library-like tool that informs you about your physical condition based on the information you provide. Measurement results are by no means a medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice and cannot be used as a medical diagnostic or treatment tool.

Reports

Trackers, where available, can be used to store your personal records. They cannot be used for sharing with doctors or for diagnosing, monitoring, or treating a health condition.

Exercise

Exercise and training content is not suitable for all users and is PURELY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. Before starting an exercise program, carefully assess your fitness level and ALWAYS consult YOUR DOCTOR. Worfact and its providers are not responsible for any injury that may occur.

Calorie Goals

Goals are estimated based on the profile information you enter, such as your gender, height, age, and activity level. Before starting a diet program, ALWAYS consult YOUR DOCTOR.

Subscription

Worfact is used with all its features through a monthly subscription. While the subscription is active, all features can be used without limit. There is a 15-day trial; if no purchase is made at the end of the trial, access is blocked. The subscription can be canceled at any time; cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. Otherwise, the subscription renews automatically each month.

• Payment is charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Subscriptions can be managed from the user's Account Settings after purchase, and auto-renew can be turned off.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Data is retained for 1 (one) year after the subscription ends. Subscriptions renewed within this period can access their old data. After 1 (one) year, old data will no longer be accessible.
